A 17-year-old suffered what appears to be a non life-threatening wound to the back of his neck early this morning in Hartford, police said.
Police were called around 12:29 a.m. about a teen at 114 Woodland Street who had been shot.
The teen told police he was shot near 23-25 Brook Street. Officers could not find evidence of a shooting in the area and no one in the neighborhood reported hearing gunshots, police said.
